We all have our days.

We couldn't sleep last night.

Didn't get enough sleep.

What you don't know is a good nap of any variation can help improve stamina,make better decisions,and function properly just to name a few things. A power nap can help you get through the rest of a shift at work. A mid-day nap can help you get through your day.
