"Do not neglect your protein"!!...

Life happens.

I get it.

No matter what kind of diet/program you're on,protein is essential!!!! You could be cutting,bulking,etc...

Either way you're body needs an substantial amount of protein for various reasons.

Muscles feed on that. It needs to be fed after a strenuous workout,no matter the goal.We need at least 1 gram of protein per pound,otherwise,you're headed in the wrong direction which could lead to further problems(tissue/muscle shrinkage,injuries,etc.)there's so many factors to the benefits of protein(energy,size,recovery,etc...).

Please understand the importance of protein and the benefits(both positive and negative)for your body/health going forward.
