"Don't Force it"(if the body's not ready)....

We at times lose ourselves in the balance of training.
We set goals yes,but when it's not being reached,we force the issue.
We have to hit that number of reps.
We have to complete what we started on that bike/treadmill.
We have to get it done at all cost!
What some of you don't know is your body battles you at times. It sends you messages/signs. It goes into autopilot if you are not able to humble your approach to your training.
Don't force the issue.
It's ok if you have to settle for what you have completed.
You "CAN" come down and go back up and get better results than a person who goes 100% all of the time.
It's always good to find that balance for yourself. To know that the battle is with yourself and nobody else.
