We have people who train religiously everyday.

But does not have to be the case with you.

You do not have to train everyday.

You do not have to be a professional.

Maybe you just want to eat right for yourself and be as healthy as you want to be.

There is no golden rule for when and how to train.

It's a journey. Enjoy each step that you decide to take,and continue forward on your terms.
