Whether wanting to lose weight,gain weight,develop muscle,or whatever the goal(s) might be,proper rest,a good healthy diet,and the right training for your goal(s) along with the most important parts-COMMITMENT & CONSISTENCY!!!! are the keys to a successful change to your body.

Sounds cliche,and is easier said than done,but it's the truth!
