If you think training the hardest will get you in the best shape, you're wrong...

Alot of people in the world have routines in gyms. Cardio for 30 min or more, weight training for 2 hours(or more),Bicycles, crossfit, boxing, jogging, all for extended periods of time.

But that is not what gets you in the best shape. What does is a combination of rest, food, and supplementation. Longer periods of training of any kind breaks down muscle, tissues, joint connection,as well as diminishes bone density among other things. You want magic? Rest, eat the proper nutrition, and supplement the body correctly for the training goal in mind. Training is to stimulate the nervous system. Once you go extreme, you now are breaking down, which will lead to injuries, etc. It's best to do the work in as little time as possible, and focus on recovery.
