There are thousands of ways to train nowadays. Different tempos,rep ranges,angles,etc.
But to achieve the ultimate goal(which will show the best results) is proper form.
Proper form can build strength,breakdown muscle fibers differently,and prevent injuries.
There's nothing wrong with a little"Tussle"(Where you just go all out) every now and again,but performing and perfecting proper form for each rep,set,excercise leads to "Great quality",which also leads to "Great results" as you continue on your fitness journey...
