Each Fitness program has it's ups and downs,trials,errors,etc. Which ever you choose for your specific Health/Fitness needs,if in a deficit, when finished,what most people don't know,and trainers do not tell you(Some of them don't know either),is the importance of dieting out properly to maintain your success upon completion. Majority of society usually trains towards a deficit physique(Cardio,Crossfit,Bodybuilding shows,etc.) And once the journey is completed,start binging on foods they were denied during training,in result,blowing up and losing the hard work that got them there. You must understand what it is exactly that you're putting your body through when training/dieting down,and properly reverse out to keep your results. Slowly reintroduce nutrients into your body that you've neglected,take pics to see how your body reacts,and proceed accordingly.
