You lift heavy.
Your a beast and you always give 100%.
But did you know about joints,tendons,flexibility?
There's plenty of us who've had various injuries from lifting,by learning and growing. As we get older,it's natural that our bones lose density and if we don't stretch,we stiffen,which can cause a whole lot of problems(like arthritis). You want to be able to have unlimited movements for as long as you can by training smart,getting proper rest,and eating right.
