Should you lift lighter as you get older?

We are all going to age/get older.

There's nothing we can do about that.

When lifting weights,no matter what stage of life we're in, we learn and get better.

Some days we can lift more than usual.

Other days we just don't have it,yet we push through. And maybe on some days we decide to lift another day. Lifting light is based on you and how you feel that particular day. You must be smart,and check your ego so you don't injure yourself. Age has nothing to do with that.
