As we age,our bodies change.
Wear and tear,injuries,etc. occur.
That's life. Nobody's perfect.
Day to Day activities,etc. all contribute to these changes to our bodies.
When working out/Training,we must always continue to be open to learning.
Learning new tips,angles leads to smart,effective workouts/training.
You want to be able to excercise regularly as we continue to live our lives so our bodies can be in the best possible shape no matter what season.
