People all over the world think that there's some magic "Trick" or pill to losing/gaining weight,toning,getting shredded etc...
The truth of the matter is that there is a "Trick",but it's none of the things that most people popularly consider.
The "Trick" is:
Consistency.
An everyday measured plan to get better at whatever your fitness goals are.
Whether to be big,small,faster,etc.,this no matter what is the "Trick"that leads to success!!








I completely agree. Set a personal goal & keep track of your progress every day. These are great ways to stay consistantly active.
