Alot of people deal with a little "belly" in various ways for various reasons...
Alot of people say they wanna get rid of it,but think it's to difficult.
Not true.
First it has to be fun and enjoyable,for if not,it will be hard for the individual to continue with his or her progress.
Here's some tips to eliminate "The belly"
1.Walk(we do it everyday and its fun!)
2.Jumping jacks/Jump rope(both cardio infused exercises)
3. Ride a bike(Fun cardiovascular excercise)
4.Crunches/Situps(Not exactly fun,but for the right determined person,it is)
5.Nutrition(Must eliminate packaged foods that are process,bread must be minimal and must have carbs. No sugar. Replace with Fruit)
These are just some fun basic tips to start getting rid of that "Tummy" and Progress on your way to abs.
