"Rest"

Rest and sleep are similar,but different.

Similarities are they both allow muscles,nerves,bones,and connective tissue time to rebuild.

But rest is your whole being,not just your body. The magic of your entire body occurs while sleeping,but you can rest throughout the day,no matter what your doing in various ways.

It reduces inflammation and the risk of heart disease.

It also reduces stress(example;meditation)

When you rest,along with proper sleep,you'd be surprised and might even notice the differences. Physical transformations,more energy,more positive mood, just to name a few.
