"Connective Tissue"

Connective tissue connects our joints,tendons,organs,etc...

When training, connective tissue adapts to the pressures its put under. It stretches, than after continuing repetition,it expands making it stronger. If you put to much pressure on your tissue,it will again stretch, but not strengthen, but become weak, which causes strains, tweaks, and breaks,to joints and bones. Other ways of strengthening connective tissue is proper rest, along with vegetables, which contain collagen, vitamin c,and others to name a few.
