Cortisol is your body's main stress hormone.
It works with certain parts of your brain to control your mood,motivation,and fear.
Cortisol manages uses carbs,fats,and proteins.
It regulates your blood pressure. Controls your sleep/wake cycle.
If your levels are out of wack extremely,health problems can occur such as:
Headaches,memory problems,and weight gain to name a few.
There's some cases where people don't have enough cortisol in the body. Some signs of this are: Tired all the time,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,and low blood pressure.
