Repetition is essential to building.

When training, pending which bodypart(s)

your working on,using the same excercises have pros and cons.

Pros:

Steady increased reps of the same excercise can increase strength,stamina,durability

Cons:

The same exact reps can cause a plateau

which can cause wear and tear.


Different hand positions,foot positions,standing,sitting all increase growth in all aspects when training.Your body adapts after a period of time.If your training the same way time and time again,injuries can occur,and over time,you'll see a decrease in growth. After a certain period of time,switch things up. From your nutrition,to maybe doing 60%, or no cardio,it all plays a part in a growing development.
