"Does eating healthy get you in shape?"

Food.

There's so much that can be done with it.

You can eat whatever you want(Pizza,junk food,etc.) and gain fat.

You can eat healthy(meats,veggies).

You can also eat right(combination of meats,veggies,starches,fats,acids).

Eating healthy consists of meats,and vegetables,along with plenty of water.

You can also drink your nutrients(green and protein shakes,etc.)...depending on your plans/goals,eating healthy "can" get you into shape. Especially if you haven't been eating healthy prior. But again,keep in mind just like everything else concerning our bodies,it adapts over a short period. So yes you "can"get into shape by eating healthy alone.
