Fatigue;What it does to us mentally

When we are stressed,tired,worried,etc.,

these are all forms of fatigue.

It's not just a physical discomfort,it's also a mental issue. When fatigued mentally,it affects all of our attributes.

From focus,to mood,the impact of mental fatigue can be troubling and alarming.

Sometimes(and frequently)we need to take a break. Whether it's an extra day off from work,gym,goals,studies,having some fun,or just resting. It's a positive adjusted balance for the negative effects of mental fatigue.

Instead,you'd return refreshed and maybe more involved than before!!
