Do you work your biceps and lack triceps?
Glutes but no hamstrings or calfs?
These are examples of muscle imbalance which alot of people have because of lack of knowledge or just not that focused on having a full interpretation of muscle balance. Overall development of each muscle brings out the full look in bodybuilding contests. For personal,it makes you so much stronger than the person who may look amazing,but isn't exactly as such.
