Ever do a set and not count?
Ever have a plan in the gym and not finish?
These are just small examples of "Next level" training.
Making each rep count, really exaggerating the muscle, breaking or tearing down the fibers with each set,are some of the many ways of this kind of training. Many people have routines that get done no matter what, and yet they look and feel the same.
These are(no matter how long they've been training)"Beginners". "Next level" is having a plan, but letting the body dictate how everything goes. Mind muscle connection which makes you really focus and flex the muscle in its entirety to make each rep count. Thus, whether you finish the planned session, rep,or set,it's effective which is most important.
