When you are training, there's a plan in place.
It takes discipline.
There's different levels.
If you are doing the same things all year long(cardio, weights, etc.),your just working out.
A person who has the same regiment such as Monday chest,Tuesday arms,Wednesday legs,Thursday cardio, there is no growth.
Your body adjust to whatever pressures or stress you put it under. In a short period of time, you will see change(which will encourage you to continue),but then, things will start to seem as though nothings changed. That will be a fact. Your body will have adjusted, therfore putting you in a plateau state. Switch things up(such as nutrition, workouts)for a couple of weeks, and watch/see a consistent change.
