"Recovery"

People all over the world have what is perceived as a "special" if not "speedy" way to recover from a strenuous workout.

There is no "special" or "speedy" way.

When you are sore,it's from tearing down the"fibers" of the muscle.

Afterwards,it is imperative to fuel/feed.

Here are just a few examples of ways of having an effective recovery:


-Stretching(yoga,foam rollers,etc.)

-7-8 hours of sleep

-Eating a high protein meal(Eggs,lean meats,oatmeal,etc.)
