When training,we tend to "step it up a bit","take it to a different level" etc...
When doing so,we incorporate a second exercise directly after finishing a set. This is secondary work. Some call these drop sets. Some say it's crossfit training,but only if you do it during your entire training session. If you are looking for more improvements and everything else in your training is on point,then try some secondary work. These little things (if done with proper training),can make a difference in development of looks,strength,or an advantage in show competition.
