Do you think you get enough sleep? How much do you really get?

Sleep is very important in functioning normally and effectively. It affects mental and physical health. It affects emotional balance,brain and heart health,immune system vitality and weight.

While you sleep,your brain stays busy,overseeing biological maintenance that keeps your body prepared for the day.

Less sleep compromises your cardiovascular health,energy balance,and ability to fight infections.Adults need 7-9 hrs and Children need more. In previous studies only 3% of people need 6hrs to function. Here are signs of Sleep deprivation(which dictates the difference)

-Sluggish in the afternoon

-Falling asleep while having "Downtime"(time to yourself)

-Relying on the snooze button
