"Sticking to a plan"

When formulating a workout/fitness plan,

Everything is written and executed with precision.

Almost perfectly.

The reason for saying "almost" is because:

Nobody's perfect.

Life happens.

These are little bumps in the road.

Nutrition is usually layed out,even though cheatdays,and holidays,or special occasions occur.

Rest is planned(despite life happening such as work,emergencies,school,etc.)

Training is sometimes comprised(again life such as injuries,surgery,doctors orders,etc...),

But if the plan which we can control is executed,then the results are where they should be,or not far off. Little steps are better than no steps....
