Your body is your engine.
Your mind and soul are the pilots.
When training,if you manipulate your body into manifesting a vision you have for it, you can and will achieve that goal.
It's attainable.
It can and will be done.
You are in control.
Want a bigger chest? Stronger core?Legs?Do the research. Study,take notes,apply.
Pretty much make a plan and stick to it for a period of time. Of course we know all year same routine leads to plateau,but a plan with consistency over a period(4-12 weeks),and you will see your body do exactly what you say....
