Turning on that mental switch...

When training we all have a moment when we have to push ourselves. But what is that? Why do we go farther,decide not now,it will get done,etc...

It's that mental switch.

The one that makes us achieve that goal whether it's an injury, an extra rep or set.

When you get in the zone,the focus becomes sharper than ever. It's different than your ego. You'll injure yourself if you listen to your ego. That's why we train.

With a plan in place,you set a goal,and dig deep,battle,etc. to get it done.
