"Yogurt"

Yogurt is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. These are healthy bacterias also known as "Yogurt cultures".

These "cultures" are full of nutrients such as potassium,vitamin B-12,& magnesium just to name a few.

Yogurt is also known to boost the immune system and promote a healthy digestive tract among other things as well.
